Post Re: Rodenator wants to hear from you.
I have the rodenator R3 and successfully used it last year. This year I am having difficulty getting it to explode. I could not find my owners manual, so the first comment is to post a digital copy of the owners manual on your website. If not already in the manual, do you have a troubleshooting guide.

thanks.

I am having the exact issue.... used it last year, no ignition this year. I replaced the batteries, I hear the gas flow and the click of the ignition, no explosion. Can't find the owners manual, did not find one online. Watched the video, though it's a slightly different model than what I have. I will call on Monday, but disappointed today.

Post Gas not igniting?
When you are having difficulties getting the gas to ignite and you have flow as well as spark, just increase the pressure on your propane regulator by 1-2 lbs over your oxygen pressure. Sometimes the oxygen can be just slightly higher than the propane which keeps the propane from mixing in with the oxygen. That should solve the problem for you providing you have one of the newer Rodenator's that does not have the torch handle feeding the gas into the back of the Rodenator. If you are still having a problem, please give me a call at 1-800-750-4553.
