Insurance / Liability Releases
I am strongly considering using the Rodenator in a personal small business (LLC) venture that would cover portions of four different states in the midwest. My concern is the aspect of liability and the availability of insurers that would cover this type of explosive work. Are there insurance companies that readily insure businesses of this nature? And if so, please mention a few that are commonly used.
Overall my concern is that of civil suits or homeowner complaints claiming damage to foundations, water / utility lines, etc. Is there a boilerplate style "release of liability" commonly used or recommended in the industry?
Any information and insight would be greatly appreciated.
Mike
